The project.
With swimming lessons, a nursery and a play space under one roof, Make Waves needed a clear identity that brought its services together while giving each room to stand on its own.
Our work has combined a brand refresh and ongoing design support with business planning, strategy and growth plans. Alongside the creative work, we’ve advised on ticketing, customer journeys and operational processes, looking at how families discover, book and use the services, and how the team manages that experience.
