We were brought in to support the evolution of Tuudae, including a full rebrand and repositioning to better reflect the direction of the business.
This included a complete shift in name, identity and experience across signage, digital platforms and printed materials.

The challenge was to manage a full transition in brand while the business continued to operate, ensuring consistency across physical, digital and customer-facing touchpoints.

At the same time, the business needed stronger foundations behind the scenes, from customer journey and payments to overall operational structure.

We delivered a full rebrand across signage, online and print, alongside strategic support to prepare stakeholder plans, improve the customer journey, systemise payments and streamline operations.

The result is a clearer, more scalable business, positioned for growth and successfully prepared to secure its first franchise.
