Town Hall, Tunbridge Wells.
We were engaged by coworking and office space operator TownSq to deliver an identity and 6 month launch campaign for their new 20,000sqft site in Tunbridge Wells.
Set within a Grade II listed former Town Hall, the brand needed to honour and reflect the building’s heritage, whilst highlighting a stepped change from the properties long term use from local municipal offices, into a redeveloped modern workspace accessible to all.

“The brand needed to balance the distinctive characteristics of this 1930’s heritage building. whilst aligning assets with the wider TownSq brand.
The project resulted in not only an identity and launch material for this site, but created visual framework for the wider company.”

The project.
We were approached by TownSq to manage the brand and comms activity around their new coworking site’s activation.
Establishing a brand for the space formed the foundation for a full launch programme of activity and assets.
The goal was to secure a number of office reservations off-plan, together with an actively growing waitlist of coworking membership.
A comprehensive and co-ordinated set of digital and printed marketing materials were created to showcase this building and the future vision ahead of its completion.
The outcome.
A striking and recognisable brand that has won the hearts of local freelancers, founders and businesses,
24 months on, Town Hall is now fully operational with phase 2 and 3 of renovations complete and an active waiting list for office space within the property.
The Town Hall identity is now synonymous with the local business community and home to over 100 businesses in Kent.
