That Media Group were engaged to support the off-market sale of a private estate in Southern France, where both presentation and perception were critical. Due to privacy and security considerations, the property needed to be marketed confidentially - requiring a carefully considered and selective approach.

The project.
Our support needed to move beyond conventional estate agent marketing to create a bespoke, premium presentation that felt both intentional and highly considered - supporting an in-house team based in London and France with the appropriate sales tools for a property of this value.
The objective was to craft a refined, premium identity and suite of marketing assets that would position appropriately within the top tier of the market, highlighting the estate’s potential to either remain a private family residence, as well as commercial and hospitality opportunities.
With the Estate’s provenance as a former residence of Pablo Picasso, the narrative carried significant cultural and historical weight. It was therefore essential to balance storytelling with restraint.

We delivered a complete suite of marketing collateral, including high-end digital and printed brochures, dedicated microsite, on-site signage, and full management of photography and drone footage.
The result was a cohesive, elevated presentation that helped secure a buyer, and positioned the property exactly where it needed to be in the market.
