The project.
The practice had a clear ambition to deliver best-in-class dentistry, but needed consistency across brand, communications and patient experience to match that level.
At the same time, enquiries, messaging and internal processes were fragmented, limiting efficiency, scalability and the ability to grow in a structured way.

We delivered a full brand rollout across signage, website and customer-facing materials, alongside mapping and refining the entire patient journey - centralising enquiries, messaging and communication.
Alongside this, we implemented referral programmes, systems and automation to support growth, creating a more joined-up, scalable business with the structure and support in place to continue expanding with confidence.
